I think I may have filed too early, I purchased a house in May last year and haven’t received my 1098 form yet. Am I out of luck or is there a way I can add this info?

You may add your 1098 once the return is accepted by filing an amendment.  Please see How to Amend for details. 

However if your return is rejected, you will have to upgrade to the Deluxe version or higher and add the 1098 under “Deductions and Credits.”
