I submitted my taxes on 4/13 and they were accepted. However, my extra taxes due have not been taken out of my account yet and today is 4/15. Should I be worried?

No. The IRS is quite busy this time of year and should debit your account within a few days of the debit date. If the debit hasn't been processed in 7-10 days, contact the IRS: https://www.irs.gov/help/contact-your-local-irs-office
