Do not file again. Normally, the state return is accepted after the Federal has been accepted. If you try to file again it could cause massive confusion. Some states are not yet accepting returns due to some forms not being ready. Since the filing season has only started 7 days ago, I suggest waiting for another couple weeks to allow the return to process.
Thank you!
Is your return still showing pending? I am having the same issue. Filed my Federal and it was accepted but my state (CO) is still showing as pending.
I am having the same issue. Its been since 1/25 and the Colorado Dept of Revenue site is saying my info can be verified. My return does not show as being recieved. How do I verify it was properly transmitted?
The State of Colorado is not accepting tax returns until late in February. As soon as they update their system with new tax laws, the tax returns will start processing.
I’m having the same issue. Colorado was delayed but they began accepting returns several days ago. When I called Intuit they stated they were still waiting for CO to open. There is a disconnect in Intuit’s understanding of current availability. I hope they fix this soon.
