I submitted my return for 2019. After that, I realized I need to make a change a bit. I chose the print version but I didn't send my paper to IRS yet. What should I do?

Wait until your original return is completely done processing before filing by mail.

I'm sorry. I'm not really sure what you mean. I already filed the tax return online and chose to send it by mailing them to IRS. At this time, I cannot change anything in Turbotax. But I didn't send any paper to IRS yet. Can I change the information now or later online? OR I have to file any other form to change?

As you said, I need to wait for my original return completely done. So it means it is already processing at IRS now?

I also read the amend (change) part of Turbo said that in late February they will open online amendment. Should I wait until then to change and after that I will send the paper to IRS?

Once you have filed your tax return online, you cannot make any changes until the IRS either accepts or rejects your return.

If your return is accepted, wait until the IRS has issued you a refund and then you'll use the 1040X form to amend your taxes.  Use the following TurboTax FAQ for reference:  How do I amend my 2019 TurboTax Online return? - Community

If rejected, return to your TurboTax account and re-open your return.  Fix whatever caused the rejection and make any other changes you need to make.  Then, re-file your return.  Source:  How do I fix a rejected return? - Community
