Did you state a confirmed case for identity theft? Then you want the form to be included and the IRS will research your issue and let you know their findings. If the form was mostly blank and you did not give evidence of confirmed identity theft, it will probably be denied. I don't think it will affect the processing of your refund, and it's too late to do anything about it anyway.
