When and how did you file a 2018 return? Online preparation and e-filing for a 2018 return has been closed since mid-October of 2019. So if you used the current online program for a 2018 return you made a big mistake. Did you do that? Or did you use 2018 desktop software and then print, sign and mail the 2018 return?
