I still haven't received my 1099-R (and it's Feb. 2).

Is this normal? Who sends me this form, and what should I do?

You should contact the trustee of the plan and determine when and if they are sending out your Form 1099-R. You only get this form is you made a withdrawal during 2016.

I filed my return on 1 February. I got excepted on 1 February and now it says it is being processed how long until I receive.
