Some returns are currently taking longer to be processed by the IRS. Please see What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days? for information

Even if you check your status on the irs website you are still unable to talk to a live agent which means the issue will take longer to resolve so it’s a waiting game

You should never put your personal information on any websites you have to call the irs or go to irs.gov and see the information for address change

The IRS Where’s My Refund? site is still the best first place to go for information.
