Yes, you just need to enter in the correct information. You can link You can link your current card using these two steps:

Select the direct deposit option to receive your refund when filing your taxes.
Enter your Prepaid Card routing and account numbers in the designated fields, and choose “Checking” as the account type.

If you don't already know your routing and account number, and it was a NetSpend card you can find instructions to obtain it about half way through these NetSpend FAQ's:
