I started my taxes weeks ago with deluxe, logged in tonight to finish and it's at premium, how do I get deluxe back. What a scam that they upgraded me!

I started my taxes weeks ago with deluxe, logged in tonight to finish and it's at premium, how do I get deluxe back. What a scam that they upgraded me!

This did not resolve my issue. I have not found where to remove the upcharge that I didn't ask for.
