I started my state but only filed federal and did state on my own. When I look at the 2019 pdf of my return my incorrect state return is in it. Was that sent anywhere?

I wonder if they sent state documents to the irs and if it would be shared with my state confused with my correct state one.

Only you can file your tax return using TurboTax.  If the status of the state return indicates "Started" then the state tax return was not e-filed using TurboTax.

And a state return is NEVER sent to the feds.  

Right now the online system is being archived so that is why you only see the last thing you worked on after you filed the federal return ... come back in December to download the complete PDF of the return for your records.
