I somehow processed an Amendment on my Federal as I was filing an Amendment to my State Return. The State Amendment was accepted. Do I need to anything more?
The Federal was a mistake file that was rejected. Do I need to do anything else or can I just disregard?

You can just disregard it, if it was not successfully filed (rejected).
