I signed up for stimulus registration product and it says that my 2019 tax return has been accepted by the IRS.

I have not filed my 2019 tax return , went on the IRS WEBSITE and they confirm receipt of my 2019 return of 1.00

If you used the non-filer registration then you sent a zero or $1 tax return. The registration product was for people who did not have to file a 2018 or 2019 tax return. You won't be able to e-file your 2019 tax return. You will have to print and mail the 2019 tax return.
