I revised my return some time ago and I do not see a record of the revision.

I had filed on 1/4/17 but another income source paperwork came in and I had to revise my return. I do see any record of this.

I revised my return some time ago and I do not see a record of the revision.

If you filed your return, then realized that you left something off, you would have to file an amended return. In order to do that, you have to print the amended return out and mail it in.

If your original return was accepted, and you were due a refund, wait until you receive the refund before amending. Then follow the instructions shown in the link below:
