I requested for my New York State taxes that were due to be taken out of my bank account on the first of February, they were accepted that day

They can't pull the tax out that fast.  Especially not on the same day it was Accepted.  They have to finish fully processing your return.  They really have until April 15 to take it out.

Thank you so much. I was honestly scared I did something wrong and that’s why they didn’t take it out. But I figured since they got accepted that it wasn’t that I did something wrong so I was so confused

Well keep checking your bank account to make sure it gets paid.  If something was wrong you will have to pay it another way. 

You better double check you set up Direct Debit.  

Check the printout or PDF of your return; look for the state cover sheet with the Turbotax logo.  If you owed tax, it will show the payment information and how/when you decided to pay.  Read the state payment instructions carefully since most states cannot be paid from within the TT system and requires additional steps.

I decided to go with an electric withdrawal and it looks like I filled out everything that I had to. Nothing with missed I filled out both sections that were required. I check every day to see if the money eventually gets taken out.
