Can you please tell me, why my payment does not go through ? I have already talked to the bank, the transaction is coming through correctly on their side.

Can you please tell me, why my payment does not go through ? I have already talked to the bank, the transaction is coming through correctly on their side.

I regret that the payment is not going through.  The billing address and the name (on the credit Card) needs to match exactly to what you have on the credit card.

1.You need to have the address in the Personal Information that matches the billing address for the credit card you are using for the payment for TurboTax fees.

2.If the billing address does not match the address in the Personal Information.

3.Change the address to match the billing address on the credit card.

4.After the charge for the TurboTax fees goes through.

5.Go to Personal Information and change the address back to the address you currently have.

This should allow you to charge the credit card and still have the current address on the Personal Information.
