I recived a letter LTR4464 saying they are reviewing my refund i did get the earn income credit n child credit plus i added another dependent

IRS Letter 4464C is sent to inform you that the IRS is reviewing your return for accuracy.  At this point, they are simply looking more closely at some of the information on your tax return and may or may not request additional documentation.  You are correct, adding a new Dependent while claiming the Earned Income Credit may have triggered this.
