I recieved messege on 26th that my refund was sent to my bank it's is the 4th and my bank said they havent recieved anything ehats going on?

Did you request any fees to be taken out of your refund (TurboTax Fees) or did you request a Turbo Prepaid card?

I requested that my fees for using turbo tax be taken from refund.

I checked with sbtpg and there sending me a check will it arrive at my mailing adress

If you had TurboTax deduct their fees from your refund, that process is handled by Santa Barbara Tax Products Group. Please see their general website here: https://www.sbtpg.com/

Additionally, you can go here: https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login to check the status of the refund transfer from them to your bank account.
