I recieved a letter sayin I needed to do an identity quiz an now I can't find the paper. What do I do

    Sign in to your TurboTax Online Account at www.turbotax.com.
    Click on Home (if not already there).
    Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to locate your MAX BENEFITS or PREMIER SERVICES BENEFITS.
    Click on the link, See full list of my benefits.
    Under Tax Identity Restoration, click on the button Go to my dashboard.
