I only received unemployment for a couple of weeks, I didn't know if that mattered

You are required to claim all unemployment income by the IRS, so you should contact your state unemployment agency and request a 1099G.

However, you may find the information on the state unemployment web site

To enter unemployment compensation:

• Type in unemployment compensation in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass

• Click the jump to unemployment compensation link in the search results

• Follow to prompts and online instructions
