I Received my TurboTax card I activated my card but it says that the card is blocked so I did everything I can I did everything the operator told me to do and I still have zero access to unblock my ca

I haven't received any card. And today my card is blocked as well... I can't get through because everytime I enter my info it says they can't help because of a security block. Have you been able to figure out what the heck??
