I received my tax refund in my bank account today, but the amount deposited is different from the total tax refund amount on turbo tax. How can I find out why?

Check to see if the “total refund” on TurboTax is the total of federal and state refunds.

You will most likely receive a letter from the IRS explaining the adjustment in your tax refund.   

Another way would be to go to irs.gov/transcript.  You will be able to create an account and you can get a transcript.  Your account transcript will show the adjustments made to your refund.  

I would wait a week or two and see if you get a letter of explanation and if you do not receive one, then get your account transcript.
