I received my return but then received another w2. I then amended my taxes but now I owe federal taxes. Who should I write the check out to and where should I send it?

You should make your check payable to the U.S. Treasury.  

Make sure your check or money order includes the following information:

• Your name and address
• Daytime phone number
• Social Security number (the SSN shown first if it's a joint return) 
• Tax year
• Related tax form
