I received email from turbo tax stating federal tax return has been accepted. It has now been over 23 days and no refund. When I login to where my refund, system is unable to provide me any information. Not sure what i am suppose to at this time.

When I check on e status of returns, it show both federal and state has been accepted.

When I contact the irs after being over 21 days, I was informed it could still be processing. If I do not see an update on tax return on website or letter in mail to call back in 4 weeks.
