I received an email stating form D-400 was available but I cant find it in any of my documents, where should I look?

1) It isn't in your own documents....it is the NC form that TTX has to fill out for you to send to NC when you complete filling in all your information/income/deductions/credits etc.

2)  Only the Printed final form D-400 is available   i.e. only if you decide to print out your NC tax return, and file it yourself by mail....the notice was extremely poorly worded about that. 

You cannot E-file your NC tax return until 24 Feb (or later).
