I received a thank you for using turbo tax but no refund yet is something wrong I owe child support how long do I wait I filled Jan 20

Last year I filed taxes with turbo I got the thank you letter after I got my money back but now i m getting the thank you letter before

They will send a thank you just after filing. Just an automated email sent out to all turbo tax users. Currently no one had received refunds to this point, even if your return was accepted that same day. This doesn't have to do with turbo tax, more so the IRS and local state governments
