I received a Notice of Deficiency from Colorado Dept of Revenue for my 2021 return. It also has interest despite not having lived there since July 2022.

How do I resolve this? Will Turbotax cover since I had Premier Assist and Review?

I received a Notice of Deficiency from Colorado Dept of Revenue for my 2021 return. It also has interest despite not having lived there since July 2022.

They allege I claimed a credit for taxes paid to NY for income that was not received while I was a CO resident. So in their view they are adjusting the return to deny the credit for taxes paid to another state. Mind you I lived in NJ prior so I was juggling 3 state tax returns
