No, you most likely have not made a mistake.  There are many returns under review right now, and there is a lot of fraudulent activity being perpetrated right now, so be patient.  The IRS is taking every precaution necessary to ensure all returns are processed and your identity stays protected.  

We don't have any access to the IRS but we do know that they are being extra cautious due to the rise in fraudulent activity.
