I received a CP14 notice saying i owed $126.00. I paid both the federal and state taxes online at ncdor.com. Why did i receive this?

I received a CP14 notice saying i owed $126.00. I paid both the federal and state taxes online at ncdor.com. Why did i receive this?

ncdor is only for NC state taxes, not Federal.  Federal is paid here:
