I received a CP05 notice saying IRS is holding my refund for review. However, my refund was already deposited in my bank by the IRS several weeks ago. What should I do?

I'm wondering if a second fraudulent return was filed in my name; however, the form to notify the IRS of this (14039) seems to only handle the case where you hadn't filed a return for the given year at all.

Call the IRS number on the notice. Is the notice for a year other than 2017?
