I received a 1099 misc for $11 after filing my tax documents should I bother filing an amended return?

I would not go to the trouble of filing an amended return for an $11 1099-MISC.  The information on the 1099 is also reported to the IRS.  If it changes your tax due, then the IRS will send you a letter requesting payment.
