I received a 1099 INT form after mailing in my federal tax forms. The interest amount has no effect on my refund amount. Do I need to file an amended return?

If it has no impact on the taxes on the return just put the 1099INT with your tax records.
If you do amend for another reason, then add the 1099INT income to the Amended return.
