I received a 1095-C health tax form after I filed and received my taxes. I started to amend; but it says it doesn't need any information from this form. Is this true?
I see that some others posted the answer.
You don't need the information from this form you just need to check that you have insurance.
I wanted t thank you all for the help.
I really appreaciate it!

Form 1095-C is for informational purposes only and is not entered on your tax return.
It gives you information on which months each person in your household is covered by a health plan. If you have correctly answered the questions in the health insurance section of TurboTax, you do not need to amend your return. You just keep form 1095-C in your tax records.
