I rec'd Form 1041 Sch K-1. I've entered the info into TurboTax, no change in refund, which I've already rec'd. Do I need to send an amended return?

No, generally if the income and tax do not change you are not required to amend the tax return unless a specific exception applies.  In many cases, the tax is paid by the trust before disbursement so you do not pay the tax- but keep a copy of the K-1 with your tax records.
