I realized they didn't auto populate my SSI. I just filed an hour ago, what do i do?

It shows zero as my SSI income. Can I stop the file since it was just an hour ago?

You cannot stop filing. Your SSI income could be shown as 0 because it is non-taxable. If it is not the case, you will need to wait until you tax return is fully proceeds by the IRS and you received your refund or pay your balance due and then you might amend you return.

Yes, if there is an issue with your return the IRS will alert you and provide instructions to correct the issue.
