I purchased the TURBOTAX STATE RETURN TAX YEAR 2017 EFILE for 2 states but TurboTax would not let me file electronically. How do I get a refund?

There is no additional e-filing fee for a federal tax return. However, if you paid a state e-filing fee and were unable to complete your e-filing, please contact TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.
