I purchased the CD version of TurboTax for 2015, 2016, and 2017. I can not find my CD copies. How do I get a new copy of the programs.

How do I get copies of the programs.

The CD's are only the initial release of the software without any of the various updates to the software.

If you purchased the CD's from TurboTax you can contact TurboTax support and they should be able to push the installation files to your download account at no charge.
