I printed my 2019 taxes and mailed them on July 15th. However, I never received a refund nor an email confirmation that the IRS received it. What should I do?

I have not received my stimulus payment this Time like I did the first round.

We understand that a number of clients are experiencing challenges regarding the receipt of their stimulus payment and are working to resolve this with the IRS. Please click on the following link for additional information: Why Haven’t I Received My Second Stimulus Check?

How can I check the status of my 2019 tax return then? I mailed it on July 15th and haven't received an email from the IRS. I have neither received my refund nor have I received the 2nd stimulus check.

Checking the status of the 2019 tax return must be done with the IRS.  Due to the parameters caused by COVID-19, the IRS suffered significant processing delays with regards to tax returns, particularly those that were mailed in.  But with regards to the stimulus payment, Please note the following update:

We are happy to share that stimulus payments will begin to be deposited on January 8th for millions of our customers affected by the IRS error.  We expect most of these payments to be available that day, but banks could take a few business days to process. Payment will be deposited into the same bank account that customers received their 2019 tax refund.

Customers receiving a stimulus payment will receive an email from TurboTax letting them know their stimulus payment is on the way.We have been working tirelessly with the Treasury and IRS to get stimulus payments to our customers.  We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and we regret that an IRS error caused a delay.

Hello,

Per a previous reply, TurboTax was working with the IRS in regards to the stimulus check. As I have mentioned before, I filed for my tax on turbotax up until the last step which required me to print it and mail to the IRS. Which I did on July 15th. I have neither received my refund yet nor have I received a notification stating that it was received. I am still waiting for my refund. The purpose of my message now is regarding the stimulus check. I strongly believe that I do qualify for it. However, I haven't received it. What should I do?

You did not get the second stimulus payment probably because the 2019 return has not finished being processed  .... but you do get the credit on the 2020 return instead.

As for where your 2019 return is in the process all you can do is call ... the WMR tool is no longer working for 2019 info.

Try  calling to check the status of your refund at the IRS website.
