I printed& sent my paperwork on Feb 24th. I have not received my return yet. When I try to search the status it says it can’t be done? How do I know it’s being processed?

The IRS typically issues federal refunds within 21 days, for e-filed returns, and 6 weeks, for mailed returns.  The IRS suggests waiting at least 4 weeks after mailing your return before checking the refund status using the IRS Where's My Refund tool.
