I paid twice for your product/disc and online download before it would allow me to submit my return. I am so upset with this. I have used TT for many years, not anymore!

Paid twice for 2017 Turbotax deluxe w/ state and 39.99 online version. Plus additional 39.99 to file e li electronic. Never had this happen before. Not if I will use this product again...80.00 for me is quite extensive on too of original 39.99 for the disc!

The Desktop (CD/download) and Online products are separate and distinct platforms.  You'll need only pay for one of these programs.

Please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours for assistance.  Use the instructions below.  When entering your subject matter, use the words, "Billing Issue".
