I paid Turbotax with my credit card but state sales tax was omitted, so is the reason I am unable to return to Turbotax to print my tax documents to mail to IRS?

I'm not sure what state sales tax has to do with it, but I can address the rest of your question.

I assume you're using Online TurboTax.   By saying "unable to return to TurboTax", does that mean when you log in to your online account, the return interview is closed because TurboTax thinks you were finished?    If so, at the Tax Home look for a link "Add a State."   That doesn't really add one, but will open your unfiled return interview back up.

Or do you log in and see no evidence at all that you prepared a 2024 return?   If that's the case, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

Why are you filing by printing and mailing?   That will delay any refund by several weeks.  We may be able to tell you how to efile.   Did you have some roadblock to efiling?
