I paid the $99 to file my taxes but ended up never filing them with TurboTax and was wondering if and when I will be getting the money back.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for any type of account problems.  Use the key words Billing Issue when contacting support.

Once you go so far as to pay, you are highly unlikely to get a refund.  But you can have that conversation with customer support.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
