I paid my turbo fees before I completed my federal and state. You all are holding my funds.. please release

No.   TurboTax does not receive your refund, hold your refund or even touch your refund.   Has the IRS issued your refund?  What does it say on the IRS site?  Does the IRS show that your refund was issued?

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

if you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund then the banking information on the tax form is the information to send your refund to the third party bank.  That bank gets your refund first from the IRS.  They take out your TurboTax fees and send the rest to you---and that bank has YOUR direct deposit information.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

That is not true and SBTGP has already confirmed they got them on the 16th and hasn’t sent them to me. So thanks, It’s  all a load of crap glad I experienced TT but never again.

That says you should get it on Feb 22.  How did you pay the fees before you filed?  You must have selected some fees to be deducted from your federal refund.  And be aware there will also be an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) deducted.

TurboTax does not receive any refunds from the IRS.  According to the message you posted, your bank (SBTPG) has received your refund and will post it to your account on 2/22/2023.

Exactly, I absolutely paid my fees 

that’s my problem, They display if all fees are paid. They send directly to bank!

This has been the worst experience of my life. I just want my funds released and sent without any extra charges added. I see this is currently happening to customers now.
