I paid my state taxes but turbo taxes still show due, can I change this?

No, your monitor will still show the amount due (or refund), TurboTax does not get any updates about taxes paid or refunds received.  Don't worry that is how the program works.  It does not mean you did not pay your taxes owed.

The status for taxes owed will not change on the TurboTax online account as the software has no way to know if or when the taxes owed were ever paid.
