I paid my fees but why isnt the refund advance isn't showing?

I was.tol that I have to pay the turbo tax fees out of pocket to get the tax advance but it's still not showing after I did.

For this, we ask that you please verify that the primary tax-payer name is the same as the Credit Karma account created for your Refund Advance.  If it does, please reach back out here for the next steps.

Everything is correct. The credit karma account is in my name and it has remained active. I sope to a representative and she couldn't figure out what it was doing it either. I've already filed elsewhere and I just need my refund.
