What fee did you pay and who did you pay it to? TurboTax has no control over your federal or state tax refund.

TurboTax does not hold your refund.  Your refund once your returns are accepted, is issued by the IRS and State.  Only they would know when you will receive your refund.

You can check the IRS website, Where's My Refund, for information on your Federal refund.
