I paid for the order to prepare my 2017 taxes and now I cannot find where to go to get them done

You have to download the 2017 installation file and install the software on your personal computer.

Use this TurboTax website to check your orders and payments - https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/orderstatus/orderstatus.jsp

If your order shows as a CD and download then sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

If the software is not in your download account and/or you have not received the CD then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
