Good luck. I paid for two state transmission fees, but the well known product defect (error 54) would not let me transmit either and I had to mail them in to meet deadline. I have been trying to get a refund for a month, but am completely ignored after several attempts. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and am preparing one for the BBB (see my post).
Intuits own refund page states they will refund you if: "Your filing was impacted by a known product defect that was unable to be fixed before your filing deadline." However it seems they wish to defraud their customers instead.
Lesson: Do not use or trust Intuit or its products! They will fork you.
