I paid $5000 amended 2018 tax in Feb 2020. They sent me back $2000 of it. What do I do with 2020?

Three software updates since I submitted electronically. NOW the Federal refund and Maryland owed have BOTH slightly changed. WHAT DO I DO???????????????

You will need to wait until your return is accepted or rejected by the IRS before being able to make any changes.
