If you paid the TurboTax online account fees with a credit card, successfully e-filed your tax return and it was Accepted by the IRS, then when you sign onto your TurboTax online account and land on the Tax Home web page there is no option on that web page to pay anything further.
To access your current year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
On the Tax Home web page what is the status of your federal tax return?
Or does the program ask you to continue where you left off?
Paying your TurboTax fees did not file your tax return. You have to go all the way through the FILE section and click a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now." If you did not do that, then you did not file.
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?
Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”
Note: If it says “Ready to Mail” or “Printed” that means YOU have to mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.
i thought i filed them by completing step 2 and 3 after payment. since i never received notification that my taxes were accepted i logged back in to turbo tax and it will not let me get past step one (review your order). I need this corrected......my taxes are now late.

no i can not access anything to even mail them
You may need to click on Add a State to get back in to your return so you can go through the FILE section. You are not really adding a state--but that will let you in.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
i tried that and it let me do exactly what you stated......but when i got to the end it still wants $110. I've used turbo for years and never had this problem. i can see that payment on order summary.
